10-15 is a multifunctional concrete block machine. It can produce different size and shape hollow block, solid block, paving block and curbstone by changing the mould.
High production efficiency
10-15 feeds material, pallet and stacks automatically. So the production efficiency is very high. The production capacity varies from 3,000 to 70,000 pieces/8 hours according to the size of the block. e.g, for hollow blocks with the size of 400*100*200mm, this machine can produce 28800~33600 pieces/8h.
10-15 is a fully automatic production line with PLC (3 control cores) control and hydraulic system,this machine no need worker control, The production finishes and ends just by pressing the start button, it’s easy to operation
Advanced moulding technology
Hydraulic pressure technology is adopted by QTF10-15, so the block machine has more stable and higher-efficiency working status and the bricks produced are of better quality, larger density and higher strength. In addition, the Jiugang-brand hydraulic station is imported from Taiwan.
10-15 is equipped with Japan Omron switches and Siemens motor. We select the original Mitsubishi PLC control program to assure the block machine has a stable and high-efficiency working status.
High-quality block mould
The block moulds are made of 16# manganese steel. Besides the good raw material, precise line cutting technology and 900 ℃ carburizing heat treatment technology are all adopted in the process of brick moulds production. Then the mould size error can be controlled within 0.002mm. The surface layer of the brick moulds gets higher hardness (achieving HRC54-58) and better wear resistance. So our brick moulds can have good performance and long service time. There is an attached datum introducing the mould in details.

Theoretical production capacity
1.All 10-15 block machines need to load into 4 or 5 40HQ containers.
2.10-15 block machine also needs 1800pcs fibre pallet when produce blocks.

a. Concrete: 10% cement, 30% sand, 60% small stones
b. 10% cement, 90% stone powder
c. 10% cement, 30% fly ash, 60% stone powder
