4-24 is a semi-automatic concrete fly ash brick machine line. It is composed of pan mixer, conveyor belt and brick making machine. You can choose suitable supporting facilities according to your requirements.

Function

4-24 can produce various different shapes hollow block, solid block and pavers by changing moulds.

Production efficiency

4-24 is a semi-automatic block machine and the shaping cycle is 24s, for size 400*100*200, it can achieve 6720 pieces of bricks/8h. At the same time, this machine is controlled by PLC control system, then the operation is simple.

High-quality brickmould

Our moulds are made of 16# manganese steel. Besides the good raw material, precise line cutting technology and 900℃ carburizing heat treatment technology are all adopted in the process of brick moulds production. So the brick moulds have better performance and longer service time. The using life is 7-8 times longer than common molds.
