M7MI TWIN is diesel engine interlocking hydraform brick machine. it’s the updated version of M7MI
Function
M7MI Twin can produce many different shapes hollow block and solid block by changing mould.
High production efficiency
MIMI TWIN is a semi-automatic compressed earth brick machine. It has two working positions. These two working positions can keep working at the same time and the shaping cycle is 15s, so the production efficiency is very high. It can produce 3840 pieces of brick per shift (8 hours).
Advanced technology
Hydraulic pressure moulding technology is adopted by m7mi TWIN. Moreover, the pressure reaches up to 15Mpa, so the brick machine has more stable and higher-efficiency working status and the bricks produced are of better quality, larger density and higher strength.
High-quality brickmould
Our moulds are made of 16# manganese steel. Besides the good raw material, Precise line cutting technology and 900 ℃ carburizing heat treatment technology are all adopted in the process of brick moulds production. So the brick moulds have better performance and longer service time.
Movable
M7MI TWIN is equipped with two wheels, you can move this machine easily to anywhere you want.
